1. Using the site
You may use Nosmas Beats for lawful, personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the music and community. You must not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, scrape it, or manipulate any plays, likes or rankings.
2. Intellectual property
All Nosmas Beats music, instrumentals, artwork, logos, text and video on this site are owned by Nosmas Beats (Samson Joseph) unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit them without written permission. Instrumentals offered for download are provided under a separate licence and only for the purpose stated at the point of download.
3. User-uploaded content (when enabled)
When upload features are live, the following apply to anything you upload:
- You keep ownership of your original performance and lyrics.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, display and promote your upload on and in connection with the platform.
- You warrant that you wrote and recorded it yourself, that it contains no third-party samples, recordings or AI voice-clones of real people, and that you have all rights needed to share it.
- You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, and you accept that uploads are moderated by AI and/or humans and may be blocked or removed.
- You indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload in breach of these terms.
- Winning any future contest transfers no rights by itself, any release of a winning track is subject to a separate signed agreement.
4. Notice and takedown
We operate a notice-and-takedown procedure. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights or breaks the law, email [email protected] with: (a) your contact details; (b) a link to the content; (c) what right is infringed or rule broken; and (d) a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We will review and act on valid notices promptly, and we operate a repeat-infringer policy.
5. Availability
We provide the site "as is" and may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
