Community Guidelines & Content Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. What this platform is for
The purpose of Nosmas Beats is to let artists create over Nosmas Beats instrumentals and share original musical performances. Everything you upload must serve that purpose: your own vocals, your own words, your own performance.
2. What you may upload
- Original vocal performances and lyrics that you wrote and recorded yourself.
- Video of you performing to a Nosmas Beats instrumental downloaded from this site.
- Content you have the full legal right to share.
3. What is never allowed
The following content is prohibited and will be automatically blocked or rejected under this policy. This list is not exhaustive.
- Threats & violence, threats of harm, incitement to violence, glorification of violence, or content that intimidates or targets any person or group.
- Political campaigning & propaganda, party-political campaigning, election material, extremist or state-propaganda content, or attempts to use the platform for a political agenda.
- Hate, content that attacks or dehumanises people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or nationality.
- Terrorism & violent extremism, any content promoting, supporting, or representing a proscribed organisation or terrorist act.
- Harassment & bullying, targeting, doxxing, or demeaning an individual.
- Sexual content & nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit material; any sexualised content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
- Child safety, anything that endangers or exploits a child. Zero tolerance.
- Illegal activity, depicting or facilitating crime, weapons, or illegal drugs.
- Self-harm & suicide, content that promotes or instructs self-harm.
- Infringing content, third-party samples, other people's recordings, AI voice-clones of real people, or anyone else's copyrighted work.
- Misinformation & impersonation, pretending to be someone else, or knowingly false claims presented as fact.
- Spam & scams, advertising, phishing, or manipulation of plays/likes.
4. How moderation works
When upload features are live, every submission passes through a two-stage check before it can appear on the site:
- Stage 1. Automated AI review. Each video and its audio and any on-screen text are analysed by AI classifiers against the prohibited categories above (threatening content, political/extremist content, hate, sexual content, and the rest). Anything scoring above the policy threshold is blocked automatically and never published.
- Stage 2. Human review. Borderline cases, and a sample of accepted uploads, are reviewed by a person. A human can override the AI in either direction.
Uploads are held in a private pending state until they pass. Nothing goes live on the strength of a user's own say-so.
5. Age
You must be 18 or over to upload (or have verifiable parental consent where offered). This protects both you and the community and keeps us aligned with UK data-protection rules for children.
6. Enforcement
- Content that breaks these rules is blocked or removed.
- Serious or repeat breaches lead to account suspension or a permanent ban.
- Illegal content, especially child sexual abuse material or credible threats, is preserved and reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Appeals
Automated systems get things wrong. If your upload was blocked and you believe it complies with this policy, you can ask for a human review by emailing [email protected] with the details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
8. Reporting
If you see content that breaks these guidelines, report it to [email protected]. See our Terms for the full notice-and-takedown procedure.
