Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This policy explains how Nosmas Beats handles your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Nosmas Beats ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

3. Moderation of uploads

When upload features are live, uploaded content is analysed by automated AI moderation and may be reviewed by a person, to detect and block content that breaks our Community Guidelines (for example threatening or political/extremist content). This processing is necessary to keep the platform lawful and safe. You can ask for a human review of any automated decision, see our guidelines.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the site, currently Supabase (database and storage) and Cloudflare (hosting and security), and AI moderation providers when upload features are live. They process data on our instructions under contract. We do not sell your data. We may disclose content to authorities where we are legally required to, or to report illegal material.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved transfer mechanisms.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep uploaded content for as long as it is hosted, plus a reasonable period for safety and legal records.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

This site aims to run without non-essential tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.

9. Children

The early-access list and uploads are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
